Operations Training Assistant

Plan, schedule, and coordinate hands-on training sessions for production employees while conducting floor observations to verify compliance with GMP, safety, and quality procedures. Deliver presentations to Team Leads, Supervisors, and Managers, and develop visual training tools, process flow diagrams, and instructional documentation. Support new employee orientation, evaluate competency through practical demonstrations, and maintain accurate training records and databases. Track completion status, identify training gaps, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports analyzing training effectiveness metrics and provide coaching to support performance improvement across the organization.
