Operations Training and Stan Eval Specialist (B-52)- Minot

Job Summary
Maintain PEX and locally developed database systems as training and evaluation events are completed, conducting weekly individual gradebook checks against personnel training requirements. Keep student and permanent party records current under AFI 11-202V1 and AFI 11-2MDS-V1, while working with Aviation Resource Management personnel on ARMS updates. Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership on flight and readiness status, build periodic training and testing plans for approval, and compile the monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summary before month-end. Administer classes and exams for Crew Resource Management and Instrument Refresher Course requirements, preparing AF Form 4324 worksheets and monthly aircrew probation summaries. Work on site at Minot AFB, North Dakota, in a full-time role of 1,880 hours over 47 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked
- You must be a U.S. citizen
- You must hold an active SECRET clearance, or have held one that expired without being revoked
- You must be eligible for access to Restricted Data
- Work is performed at the SECRET level
- On site at Minot AFB, North Dakota
- Not a remote position
- Full time at 1,880 hours per year over 47 weeks
- Core hours are typically eight hours a day, five days a week
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SharePoint
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a squadron, group and/or wing training and/or stan eval shop
- three (3) years in a DoD flying squadron, group and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office
