Job Summary
Maintain aircrew training and standardization/evaluation records for a B-52H squadron by reviewing and updating student and permanent party records, folders, and gradebooks per applicable Air Force Instructions. Produce monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summaries and provide copies to Wing Current Operations and Wing Stan Eval by the last day of each month. Update PEX and locally developed database systems as required, while interfacing with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update the ARMS system. Perform weekly individual gradebook checks, administer classes and exams, and coordinate scheduling for Crew Resource Management and pre-deployment training. Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training to the operations supervisor and generate periodic training plans, AF Form 4324 worksheets, and Ready Aircrew Program reports. Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked
- U.S. citizenship
- Eligibility for access to Restricted Data
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SharePoint
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a squadron, group and/or wing training and/or stan eval shop — OR — three (3) years in a DoD flying squadron, group and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office
