Job Summary
Review and update student and permanent party records, folders, and gradebooks per AFI 11-202V1, AFI 11-2MDS-V1, MAJCOM, and installation supplements. Administer classes and exams, coordinate scheduling for Crew Resource Management, Instructor CRM, and Instrument Refresher Course training, and update data in PEX and locally developed database systems. Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update the ARMS system, perform weekly individual gradebook checks, and assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi. Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishments and generate monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summaries and AF Form 4324 worksheets. Prepare periodic training and testing plans for approval and scheduling. Located on site at Dyess AFB, Texas, this full-time position requires an active SECRET clearance and two years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling programs. Anticipated start is on or about 26 September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked
- U.S. citizenship
- Restricted Data access eligibility
- Performance is at the SECRET level
- Located on site at Dyess AFB, Texas
- Full time, 1,880 hours annually across 47 weeks
- Ordinarily eight hours per day over a five day week
- Duty hours can shift for exercise support and around holidays, to a maximum of nine hours in a day
- Coordinated 48 hours ahead

- Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SharePoint
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a squadron, group and/or wing training and/or stan eval shop — OR — three (3) years in a DoD flying squadron, group and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office
