Job Summary
Lead Joint Training Tool (JTT) User Group for FORSCOM Training & Collective Exercises Branch. Submit Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) requests into JTT and the Joint Training Coordination Program (JTCP) Tool. Conduct training analysis, develop Joint Tactical Task Development, and prepare JTT reports for assessment objectives. Review and recommend approval of training resource documents and requirements for the Program Objective Memorandum. Develop input for the Combat Training Center Master Plan and exercise programming modifications. Requires an active Secret clearance, two years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office and databases. Full-time role supporting ARMY and FORSCOM at Ft Liberty, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience
- Military Experience with demonstrable database or system experience i.e. exercise, training, personnel, weapons, maintenance, etc...
- Current U.S. issued passport
- Willingness to support CONUS and OCONUS travel
- Passport application or renewal must be submitted by date of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Mid-grade NCO or Officer with joint assignment and or exercise planning experience
- Previous assignment or experience with JNTC/JTCP
