Operations Trainer

Job Summary
Conduct competency assessments, training sessions, and mentorship for gas plant operations personnel at facilities south of Grande Prairie. Deliver training while adhering to a 4/3 work schedule with no provided camp or accommodations. Maintain valid Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, and Common Safety Orientation certifications. Prepare procedure documentation and manage pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements. Operate independently within a team environment to fulfill contract operating needs for oil and gas, midstream, and pipeline companies. Roska Designs, Builds, and Operates well-site facilities with a 30-year track record serving western and northern Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in gas plant operations
- Valid Standard First Aid
- H2S Alive
- Common Safety Orientation
- Clean driving abstract
- Capable of passing pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Must be able to work with no or little supervision
- Must be able to work within a team
- 4/3 schedule
- Live in the surrounding area
