Support and develop training programs for operations staff on standard work and job responsibilities; maintain training tracking and certification/records metrics; validate training effectiveness via audits; create and deliver engaging training materials to improve on-floor performance; partner with safety, engineering, and quality teams; drive continuous improvement through training initiatives and cross-site collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing training or operations coaching preferred
- Ability to develop and deliver training materials and presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and basic video creation
- English language proficiency; bilingual preferred
- Familiarity with 5S + 1 methods and safety practices
