Job Summary
Support daily shop operations by providing leadership to ensure stakeholder objectives are met safely and effectively. Manage multiple locations through a variety of roles as required, including writing estimates, scheduling repairs, and entering parts and sublet invoices into the management system. Actively participate in daily production meetings, prioritize tasks using company dashboards, and ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and the Craftsman Way. Provide vacation coverage as needed and proactively suggest improvements to processes and training needs. Travel frequently across several locations to maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Working towards I-CAR Platinum certification
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills
