Operations Technician (Third Shift)

Job Summary
Prepare media solutions, operate fermentation vessels, and disinfect equipment within a cleanroom environment while adhering to cGMP guidelines and written SOPs. Perform downstream processing of intermediate components including working seed stocks and bacterial antigens, ensuring documentation accuracy. Maintain aseptic technique and utilize analytical problem-solving skills to support biologics production for vaccines targeting large and companion animals. This third shift role (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) is located at the Worthington, Minnesota facility, with some overtime and weekend availability after training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test
- Third shift availability (Sunday - Thursday 11:00/11:30PM to 7:30/8:00AM)
- Some overtime availability
- Some weekend availability after training
- Valid driving license
- No relocation required
- No travel required

Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Biology/Microbiology or related field
- Working knowledge of cGMP
- Working knowledge of aseptic technique
