Operations Technician - Seasonal

Greet customers promptly, maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, and manage grain origination and marketing with existing and new customers. Assist in elevator operations, receiving, unloading, and drying grain, while measuring inventory weekly or monthly. Perform grain train loading including cleaning and sealing cars, maintain facility safety and records, and test temperatures and blend grain to ensure condition. Support fertilizer and chemical operations by measuring inventory, unloading bulk products, loading chemical orders, pumping chemicals into tanks, and tending to applicators. Maintain and repair equipment as needed. This seasonal role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and understanding of agricultural cooperative seasonality.
