Operations Technician - Seasonal

Greet customers promptly, maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, and manage grain origination and marketing with existing and new customers. Assist in elevator operations, receiving, unloading, and drying grain, while measuring inventory weekly or monthly. Perform grain train loading, cleaning, and sealing cars; test temperatures and blend grain to maintain condition. Support fertilizer and chemical operations by measuring inventory, unloading bulk products, pumping chemicals into tanks, and tending to applicators. Maintain and repair equipment as needed, keeping the facility clean and records current. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, high school diploma, and understanding of agricultural seasonality.
