Operations Technician - Seasonal

Greet customers promptly and courteously while maintaining and increasing agronomy, feed sales, grain origination, and marketing. Assist in elevator operations, receiving and unloading grain, and grain drying. Perform grain train loading, cleaning, and sealing cars, and measure grain inventory weekly or monthly. Maintain grain condition through temperature testing and blending, and keep facility clean with current housekeeping records. Support fertilizer and chemical operations by pumping bulk chemicals, tending to applicators, filling NH3 nurse tanks, and providing customer service for loading orders. Maintain and repair equipment as needed. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds. High school diploma or GED required. Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment.
