Operations Technician - Seasonal

Greet customers promptly, maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, and manage grain origination and marketing with existing and new customers. Perform elevator operations, receiving, unloading, and drying grain, while measuring inventory weekly or monthly. Execute grain train loading, cleaning, and sealing cars; test temperatures and blend grain to maintain condition. Assist with fertilizer and chemical operations, including pumping bulk chemicals, tendering to applicators, and filling NH3 nurse tanks. Maintain and repair equipment, keep the facility clean and safe, and ensure all housekeeping records are current. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and understanding of agricultural seasonality.
