Job Summary
Perform aseptic procedures including media preparation, cell culture work, antigen inoculation, harvest, and downstream processing in a cleanroom; follow written SOPs and production outlines, comply with cGMP and safety policies; operate and maintain laboratory equipment, perform environmental monitoring and cleaning/disinfection/sterilization; contribute to a manufacturing team focused on quality and continuous improvement; bring strong lab skills, basic math, and effective communication to support biological manufacturing and quality control processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Biology/Microbiology or related field preferred
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Mathematics skills
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Computer skills
