Job Summary
As an Operations Technician (I&E) at Williams, you will maintain and optimize electrical and control systems critical for facility operations. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems such as switchgear and PLCs, ensuring operational reliability by resolving equipment issues, and supporting construction projects. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to work shifts and travel. Experience with oil & gas is preferred for higher technician levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations
- Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
