Job Summary
Operations Technical Specialist – Training & Development role supports insurance operations by applying agency management system expertise (Applied Epic, CSR24, Indio) and providing technical training and system administration. Responsibilities include maintaining technical competency in IOA’s systems, implementing strategic plans, collaborating with branch and regional teams, administering Epic and related tools, coordinating quality assurance for Epic training, documenting processes and manuals, evaluating software products, and driving process improvement. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of industry experience, active licensing, excellent customer service and communication, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel to meet branch operations needs.
