Operations Tech - B Shift

Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce powder coating products consistent with customer requirements while performing assigned manufacturing tasks. Maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment through daily operations. Contact with other employees is required while operating heavy machinery and managing access to proprietary information, raw materials, and finished merchandise. This role is part of Sherwin's manufacturing team and operates on a B Shift schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 6:00pm to 6:30am. Eligibility for performance-based bonuses is subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. A criminal history review is necessary to protect the business, staff, and vendors.
