Job Summary
Operations Team Member at U.S. Steel Community Field at Hazelwood Green in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and teardown, guiding guests, enforcing facility policies, managing equipment and scoreboards, directing parking, handling ticket operations, and performing general facility maintenance and custodial tasks. Requires excellent guest service, ability to work with diverse age groups, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, strong communication, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Part-time, non-exempt role within the Operations department with opportunities to support multiple event-related activities.

- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of ages from preschool through adult
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance is necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Commitment to the safety and wellbeing of others
- Must comply with safety and health code standards
- Must wear proper uniform
- Able to run/walk as needed
