Job Summary
Operate a machine that prepares printed labels for the production process while inspecting product quality and raising concerns where needed. Cross-train in other roles across the production environment and solve issues that arise to meet production and company goals. Work rotating day shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm, including every other weekend, with a starting wage of $19.00/hour plus weekend premium. This entry-level position offers comprehensive on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities within Inland Packaging, a global supplier producing 30 billion labels annually for major brands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
- Must be available for rotating days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Must be available for rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend
- Must be available for Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
- Must be available for Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
