Job Summary
Operate a machine that prepares printed labels for production and inspect printed product quality while raising concerns as needed. Cross-train in other roles across the production environment and solve issues that arise to effectively meet production and company goals. This rotating day shift includes 12-hour blocks with weekend premiums, offering comprehensive on-the-job training for an entry-level position within Inland Packaging's global label manufacturing team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
- Must be available for rotating days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Must be available for rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend
- Must be available for Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
- Must be available for Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
