Operations Team Member

Operations Team Member responsible for event setup/teardown, cleaning, and facility maintenance at a Toledo, OH location. Duties include waste removal, sanitation of restrooms and dressing rooms, carpet extraction, floor stripping/sealing, window cleaning, minor maintenance, and operation of motorized equipment (e.g., floor scrubber, snow removal, lawnmower). Will manage HVAC and security systems, coordinate with clients on setup/move-in/out and facility policies, and perform other event-related duties as needed. Must be able to work in indoor/outdoor settings, sometimes under adverse conditions, with mandatory overtime and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires good vision/hearing, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, CAD/blueprint interpretation, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.
