Job Summary
Operations Team Member responsible for operating the cremation retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving memorial items, and processing cremated remains. Requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, safety awareness (OSHA), and excellent time management to meet daily cremation goals. Must be able to handle basic cleaning, equipment monitoring/maintenance requests, and provide compassionate service to pet families. Prior service-industry experience and a valid driver license are preferred; 40 hours/week Wed-Sat 8:00am–4:30pm at the Nashville, TN location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a service industry
- Valid Driver License may be required
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work in a potentially hazardous environment
