Operations & Team Manager

Organized Human LLC is hiring an Operations & Team Manager (OTM) to supervise and coach on-site staff at NYC locations, ensuring adherence to company systems and flawless project execution. You’ll work with the Operations & Site Manager to manage day-to-day projects, report to the Founder and Director of Operations, and ensure team members follow SOPs, correct mistakes, and grow in performance. Key duties include staff oversight and coaching, professional development and team engagement, project coordination and on-site logistics, daily operations and reporting, inventory and vendor management, and collaboration with leadership for monthly staff evaluations. The role begins with a paid six-month training/probation period at $28/hour, transitioning to full-time salaried status at $30/hour (40 hours/week) with bonuses and opportunities for growth. On-site, in-person work across NYC with travel to various NYC borough locations; performance-based bonuses and commission for new client referrals are part of the compensation package.
