Operations Team Leader | Zona Norte

Support Operations Management by tracking daily operations and coordinating store schedules with Store Managers to align resource allocation with demand. Lead improvement projects regarding store reforms, layout changes, and new business verticals while ensuring correct process implementation and inventory procedure application. Monitor commercial dynamics execution and inventory management, acting as the liaison between store teams and Control departments. Conduct store visits to gather data and generate management reports. Requires an Engineering or Economics degree and team leadership experience. Full-time role in Zona Norte.
