Job Summary
Lead and coach a national after-hours rostering team responsible for workforce allocation and urgent shift bookings across evenings and overnight periods in Australia. Manage escalations and complex bookings, build trusted client relationships, monitor inboxes, support onboarding and capability development within the team, identify and action process improvements and operational growth, and stay hands-on by jumping on the phones when needed. The role operates on a rotating roster across weekdays and weekends, with potential Night Duty shifts to support staffing gaps.
