Operations Team Leader, Post Entry

Job Summary
Lead Post Entry operations, oversee the preparation and submission of Post Entry documentation (PSC, 520d, Protests, 3347, and penalties), ensure compliance with US Federal Code of Regulations, and provide prompt, professional customer service. Manage a team of 5 to 10 employees, assign tasks, conduct meetings, monitor attendance and workloads, and support training and performance evaluations. Maintain customer databases and implement operational improvements in coordination with supervisors and the US Operations Manager. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs policies and regulations; travel to other offices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) Designation (must maintain yearly status)
- 5 years industry experience (preferred)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, CRM software and the ability to quickly learn new applications
- Knowledgeable about Customs regulations and Post Entry filing requirements
- Able to function in a time sensitive environment
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times
- Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CND/USA/MX
