Job Summary
Own end-to-end operations of the Málaga store, including warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team leadership for a ~30-person team of pickers and couriers. Drive operational and delivery KPIs, manage weekly scheduling and staffing to meet demand forecasts while controlling labor costs, coordinate with fleet operations for smooth last-mile execution, escalate facilities, HR, and supply issues, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quick, flawless execution. Lead project implementation analysis, report weekly to the Area Manager with data-driven analyses and action plans, and foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high-trust leadership. Requires 3+ years in fast-paced logistics/operations, strong problem-solving, ownership mentality, and excellent communication in English; Spanish is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Min of 3+ yr of experience in fast-paced environments (Logistics, operations, Supply, etc.).
- Hands-on leadership style with ability to manage large teams and build high-trust.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading KPI dashboards and translating data into action.
- Excellent communication skills; English required, Spanish preferred.
