Job Summary
Oversee and support call center agents by managing the floor, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing guidance on handling challenges, errors, and complaints. Assist HR with walk-in applicants and onboarding processes while monitoring agent performance to maintain high service levels. Prepare and manage reports using database tools and word-processing software to track team performance and results. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $19.23 per hour with weekly direct deposit.
