Job Summary
Operations Team Lead to manage a group of Ops Coordinators and contribute to customer delivery work and strategic projects. Responsible for coaching and developing the team, delivering work to customers, owning complex delivery initiatives, serving as the point of contact for select customers, stabilizing live operations during high-volume periods, identifying risks to delivery quality and team health, and coordinating scheduling and workload distribution to maintain delivery continuity. Must have 3+ years of experience in operations or service environments, proven leadership and coaching experience, and comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics.
