Job Summary
Lead a group of Ops Coordinators in delivery operations, coaching and developing the team, owning delivery for select customers, and driving strategic projects. You will serve as the point of contact for customers, stabilize delivery during high-volume periods, identify and mitigate risks to delivery quality, and partner on live-ops scheduling and workload distribution to ensure balanced coverage across customers and workflows. This role blends people leadership with hands-on operational ownership, requiring strong organizational clarity, effective communication with leadership, and a bias toward rapid execution to maintain delivery quality and timelines. The position runs on a second shift (1:30pm–10:00pm EST) and is an in-person role with potential remote considerations for certain aspects of work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or service environments
- experience coaching and developing team members
- comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics
- demonstrated ability to lead and own delivery in a fast-paced environment
