Job Summary
Lead daily operations within the department, supervise and discipline employees, monitor performance against goals and standards, enforce policy compliance, communicate with vendors regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates, respond to and resolve problems, maintain vendor relationships, and drive client service and quality improvements. Required: Bachelor's degree (or Diploma) in business administration, logistics, or operations management; 3–5 years in operations or team management; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in operations or team management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
