Job Summary
Train and develop hourly associates while acting as the department contact for all production systems issues. Provide direction to staff, identify problems, and recommend solutions to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. Plan and coordinate work activities, overseeing associates to meet customer requests, deadlines, and commitments. Assist in administering policy and payroll activities, and coordinate workflow with other departments. Work Wed-Sat from 7 AM to 3:30 PM with possible overtime. Requires a high school diploma, one year of PC application experience, and one year in warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year experience with PC based applications
- 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment
- 6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
