Job Summary
Operations Systems Support Specialist provides Day-to-day support and administration for core operational systems including Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Funnel and related platforms. Serves as Tier 1 support for these applications, troubleshoots issues, supports configuration updates, assists with data imports/exports between Yardi Voyager and integrated systems, supports report requests and troubleshooting, and escalates issues as needed. Acts as primary vendor point of contact with Yardi and third-party software providers, follows up on tickets, maintains vendor relationships, assists with upgrades and release testing, and ensures integrations function as expected. Develops and maintains SOPs, user guides, and training materials; assists with onboarding and training new system users; stays informed on system updates and enhancements. Identifies opportunities to improve user experience and system processes, shares feedback on recurring trends, and supports testing and user acceptance for changes. Also supports business initiatives by exploring AI product implementations across the company.
