Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical support for Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring operational system integrity and interface with Operations staff to maximize system efficiencies. Responsible for addressing site operational issues, developing analytical tools for operational activities, and monitoring system performance. Requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of warehouse operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to train staff on warehouse management systems. A Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of related experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred
