Operations Systems Analyst - Weekend Day Shift

Job Summary
Serves as primary technical support for database operations and ensures operational system integrity. Interfaces with Operations staff for procedure reviews and system efficiencies. Communicates operational issues and coordinates with IT for timely resolutions. Designs and implements tools for ongoing operational analysis. Trains staff on warehouse management systems and monitors system performance. Requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred

- Professional certification in relevant area
