Job Summary
Provide primary technical support for warehouse database operations, ensuring system integrity and efficiency. Analyze and recommend improvements for operational processes. Facilitate training for site staff on warehouse management systems and tools. Develop analytical tools and standard reporting for operational activities. Coordinate with IT for technical issue resolution. Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and freight/logistics optimization
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
- Experience with database development and management
