Job Summary
Assist in daily plant operations including material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application of crop inputs. Operate lift trucks, shop equipment, and skid loaders while repairing and maintaining machinery for safe, efficient use. Enter data into Agvance, Excel, Word, and Outlook; conduct field scouting; and support marketing activities across crops, petroleum, and LP departments. Work in all areas as needed, including tank installations, while adhering to strict safety protocols. Requires Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, pesticide license, and ability to work extended hours and on-call.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent thereof
- 2 or more years related work experience
- Class A CDL driver's license with HAZMAT and TANKER, Air Brakes, designation
- Valid commercial pesticide operator's license
- Ability to obtain the Class A CDL driver's license with HAZMAT and TANKER, Air Brakes, designation and the valid commercial pesticide operator's license
- Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant
