Job Summary
Operations Support Technician at TreeMasters supports field crews by coordinating field-to-office tasks: installing and managing No Parking signs and jobsite prep, submitting and managing 811 utility locate requests, delivering materials/equipment between sites, assisting with tree crew operations, conducting basic safety checks and jobsite audits, and helping ensure crews are staged and prepared for upcoming work. Requires experience in the tree care industry, ability to work in both field and administrative tasks, strong organizational skills, and a clean driving record; ISA certification or pursuing certification is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of tree care industry experience preferred (climbing or ground experience helpful)
- Comfortable working both in the field and with basic administrative/computer tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with both office staff and field crews
- Clean driving record required
- Willingness to assist with tree work when needed
