Job Summary
Interface directly with operational clients and support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy. Develop new problem-solving approaches and contribute to training customers to enhance mission effectiveness. Create and update project documentation, including SOPs and status reports, while delivering training materials and communicating with executives. Requires 5 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. This role contributes to critical client missions within a small team at Accenture Federal Services, serving defense, national security, and public safety organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations
- Demonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations support
- Independent, diligent, and process-oriented work style
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph
