Job Summary
Operations Support role assists with the smooth running of daily business functions, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer service. Essential duties include inventory tracking/restocking, order processing/fulfillment, coordinating shipping/logistics, updating records in internal systems, preparing merchandise for store displays or client appointments, ensuring brand standards, and providing administrative support to internal teams. Also supports project coordination and process-improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Operations/administrative or support experience considered in place of formal education
- Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; speak before groups
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
