Job Summary
Administer and maintain the instant issue debit card portfolio, managing inventory, branch stock distribution, exception resolution, and ongoing card maintenance. Develop, maintain, and revise operational procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency. Research and process legal requests, account inquiries, and government agency requests in accordance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate annual regulatory projects including unclaimed property reporting, IRS tax reporting, and employee HSA enrollment. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities for core processing and operational software. Serve as a departmental resource by providing guidance and training to employees on operational processes and products. Process incoming mail deposits and returned mail while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, credit union operations, financial services, or a related operational support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other business software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Strong time management, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to leverage available resources, navigate change, and contribute to operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
- Location in Carson City
- Ability to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
