Job Summary
The position provides an exceptional customer experience by guiding customers through the account setup process and coordinating with sales and service teams. Duties include sending and processing new customer applications, handling paperwork, processing credit checks and payments, ordering appliances, processing warranties, understanding promotions and pricing, following up on service installations, addressing billing and service inquiries, suggesting process improvements, and participating in training and company programs to drive sales. Strong phone etiquette, multitasking ability, teamwork, basic sales and customer service knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; a high school degree is mandatory with an associate degree in business or marketing preferred. 1–2 years of proven experience in sales/customer service is desired, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and deliver excellent customer service.
