Operations Support Specialist for a US DTC Health & Wellness Company (Remote)

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day communications with external labs and contract manufacturers regarding flavors, scents, raw ingredients, and production timelines. Proactively research, vet, and source alternative laboratories or ingredient suppliers when backup options or expansion are needed. Rigorously document all vendor communications, lab results, and operational workflows while partnering with internal Product and Operations teams to align external schedules with product launches. Requires 3+ years of direct operations or supply chain experience, proven track record coordinating testing with external partners, C1/C2 English fluency, and autonomous remote troubleshooting skills. Compensation is benchmarked against performance and industry standards, paid in USD, with 100% remote freedom in Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years Direct Experience: Hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or vendor management (CPG, food/beverage, beauty, or chemical testing preferred)
- Lab & Manufacturer Experience: Proven track record coordinating ingredient testing, specs, or production runs with external partners
- English Fluency: Professional C1/C2 written and spoken English for daily partner calls and emails
- Tech-Savvy & Autonomous: Proven ability to troubleshoot tools independently, build clean documentation systems, and manage your own workload remotely
