Build out and maintain SOPs for the internal Operations team; manage a queue of enrollment and payment tasks with insurance carriers; collaborate with Engineering to develop internal/external tools; work with customer-facing teams (Sales, Support, Advising) to address customer needs; coordinate with vendors and carriers on new operational models as scaling continues in the ICHRA space; learn quickly, adapt to evolving processes, and operate with limited oversight.
Required Qualifications
