Job Summary
Coordinate project schedules, track deliverables, and support decision‐making among IT staff, leadership, project teams, end users, and vendors. Maintain and organize project documentation to ensure compliance with legal, retention, and audit standards. Provide central communication point for stakeholders; plan and coordinate meetings, trainings, and system events; help evaluate training outcomes and improve processes. Support data governance by reviewing data quality, assisting with access permissions, and preparing summaries or reports. Monitor and track operational issues, document risks, and support quality‐assurance efforts. Provide administrative support for project operations including invoices, travel, and other tasks. Model professional conduct, uphold confidentiality, and promote a diverse and respectful workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
- OR An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
- OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
