Operations Support Manager

Manage the daily operation of a 44,000-square-foot warehouse, overseeing shipping, receiving, equipment staging, and material storage to ensure technicians have immediate access to resources. Oversee approximately 40 company vehicles by scheduling preventative maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and coordinating repairs with vendors to minimize downtime. Maintain inventory levels for equipment, PPE, tools, and building materials while performing cycle counts and recommending cost-saving purchasing opportunities. Coordinate facility maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and security systems, and support emergency response mobilizations. Supervise one Warehouse Technician by assigning daily priorities, managing tool accountability, and ensuring vehicles are stocked and job-ready.
