Operations Support Manager

Oversee daily warehouse operations for a 44,000-square-foot facility, managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and equipment staging to ensure technicians have immediate access to resources. Direct fleet management for approximately 40 vehicles, including scheduling preventative maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime. Supervise one Warehouse Technician by assigning daily priorities, managing tool accountability, and ensuring vehicles remain stocked and job-ready. Maintain inventory levels for equipment, PPE, tools, chemicals, and building materials while performing cycle counts and minimizing shrinkage. Coordinate facility maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems, and support emergency response mobilizations. Requires 5+ years in warehouse or operations management with a valid driver's license and forklift certification.
