Job Summary
Train in and provide backup coverage for all shipping lead roles, performing mass logouts in shipping systems to maintain accurate operational records. Monitor shipping efficiency, verify and process small pack invoices, and maintain pickup sheets to identify missed loads. Walk the shipping floor with the Dock Lead to confirm shipments departed correctly and guide clerical work flow to the floor. Clean and maintain 916/917 bins while ensuring orders are ship-completed by clerical staff. Report process issues to the supervisor as needed. This 3PM-11:30PM Monday through Friday shift supports Wilson Sporting Goods Co., the number one sports equipment brand, as part of a diverse, team-first culture focused on empowering athletes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in shipping, dock, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with dock, shipping, and clerical teams
- Willingness to learn multiple roles and support leadership functions
- Professional, team-oriented approach
