Operations Support

Operations Support role at H.Essers overseeing optimized collaboration between external customers and operations. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships across operational, commercial, and financial aspects; leading improvement projects for new and existing customers; providing centralized coordination among internal and external stakeholders; assisting with large projects initiated by engineering; analyzing KPIs, efficiency, and cost-saving actions; handling invoicing and ensuring services are billed; and supporting the Operations Manager and Business Unit Manager in daily activities.
