Job Summary
Liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment activities. Coordinate with customers to resolve operational issues and generate KPIs and transactional reports. Verify vendor invoices, monitor warehouse supply usage, and raise purchase orders for replenishment. Ensure accurate system transaction updates and manage urgent order fulfillment with transporters. Maintain compliance with company policies and perform other assigned tasks. Requires a diploma in business or logistics, at least one year of industry experience, and proficiency in MS Office and WMS.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Positive Attitude and Good Team Player
